Why I Founded LeMi Apps
LeMi Apps was created from the combination of two ideas.
The first was technological. Android was opening entirely new possibilities for mobile communication automation that had not previously existed on desktop platforms.
The second was personal. Like many professionals, I wanted to remain productive without disconnecting from family, colleagues, and customers. I believed technology should reduce interruptions instead of creating them.
That vision continues to guide every application developed by LeMi Apps today. More than a decade later, that original vision continues to shape every LeMi Apps product.
Why Android?
When LeMi Apps was founded, the original intention was to develop communication solutions for both Android and iPhone.
Choosing Android was initially the result of research that proved incorrect, but later became one of the company’s greatest strengths.
During development it became clear that Android provided significantly greater flexibility for communication automation, while iOS imposed technical limitations that prevented many of the features envisioned for the products.
Rather than building two different products with different capabilities, I chose to specialize entirely in Android. That decision allowed LeMi Apps to deliver advanced automation features while growing alongside the Android ecosystem.
More than a decade later, Android remains the company’s exclusive development platform.
Adapting to Change
Building software for more than a decade means continuously adapting to new technologies, operating systems, and marketplace policies.
Over the years Android platform capabilities, security requirements, and marketplace policies have evolved significantly.
Rather than treating these changes as obstacles, LeMi Apps continuously adapted its products, business model, and distribution strategy.
Throughout its history the company has:
